Data Deletion Request

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and personal data from the KPTM Batu Pahat Student Portal ("System"), operated by Kolej Poly-Tech MARA Kampus Batu Pahat (DK247-03(C)) ("we", "our", or "us").

1. Step-by-Step Guide

Account deletion is not self-service within the app and must be requested from the Admin office:

Send an email to haila@gapps.kptm.edu.my from your registered email address, with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
Include your full name, matric number, and the reason for your request.
Our Admin team will verify your identity and enrolment status.
You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been received.
Your account and associated data will be deleted within 7 business days, and you'll be notified upon completion.

2. What Gets Deleted

Your profile information (name, phone number, address, profile and cover photos)
Your login credentials and authentication history
Your exit/entry pass application history and check-in/check-out records
Your push-notification device token

Note: If you are an actively enrolled student, some records (such as matric number, application history, and academic session data) may need to be retained by the College for administrative, disciplinary, or regulatory purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In such cases, we will delete or anonymise all data that is not required to be kept.
